It is a highly engineered structure. Although it is considered to be highly portable, the chassis and frame are made of structural steel with welds certified to the international WPQR standard. Furthermore, the manufacturer has FPC (Factory Production Control) in place, ensuring that every unit that leaves the assembly line has the same strength and precision as a large-scale industrial structure.

We offer a dual-system solution: a tank for drinking water and a rainwater collection and filtration system. Thanks to a quiet pressure pump, you’ll have water coming out of all the taps and the shower with the same pressure as in a conventional flat.

You don’t need a concrete slab. A level surface is sufficient. You can use concrete blocks, steel piles or a compacted gravel base. As this is a portable unit, the important thing is that the base is firm to ensure the expansion system operates smoothly.
